Originally located at Sanctuary Cove, Black Angus Bar & Grill enjoys prime position along the Gold Coast Highway in Surfers Paradise on the corner site made iconic by the original Pink Poodle Motel. The 180-seat steakhouse features an intimate inside dining room and a more casual street-fronting alfresco space. Steak lovers will be in heaven here, with a wide range of specialty Angus and wagyu cuts to choose from. The steaks can be chargrilled to order or, for those that like to interact with their food, there’s also the hot rocks – which arrive at your table at a searing 440 degrees allowing you to cook your own steak to your liking, with a wine in hand. There’s also a range of non-steak mains, pastas and seafood dishes, as well as an extensive wine list to work your way through.
