Mighty Good Undies is the brainchild of two fabulous women who combined their passion and experience to make a tangible change in the textile supply chain. Co-founder Hannah’s journey started with her label Audrey Blue, which led her to internationally recognised organic and fairtrade cotton supplier Chetna Organics and its production partner Rajlakshmi Cotton Mills. It was through these companies that Hannah was exposed to the positive influence that slow, sustainable cotton production can have only the environment but also the people behind the companies. With more than a decade of PR, publishing and fashion design wizardry under her belt, fellow founder Elena always had a two-fold approach to her ethical brand dream – producing good quality garments and empowering consumers to make more eco-conscious decisions.
The production process of Mighty Good Undies is totally transparent – from the original sourcing of the cotton to the finished product, every step is outlined on the brand’s website. Mighty Good isn’t just capitalising on the popularity of the sustainable fashion movement, either – the brand has gone above and beyond to ensure its carbon footprint is as small as possible. As well as knowing that your undies are being made with workers in mind, the brand is also committed to providing stock that suits everyone. Shoppers can get their gear around underwear that is comfortable, practical and designed with all shapes and sizes in mind.
