Delightfully fluffy pitas (known to some as souvas or gyros) form the hero of the menu, encasing flavour-packed fillings like succulent lamb, chicken, pork, chicken schnitzel, soft-shell crab and haloumi. You can keep it simple and order flame-grilled chicken, pork or lamb straight from the spit served with tzatziki, lemon and pita bread, or you can build your own Spartan Box from ingredients like Aegean slaw, a village-style salad and colourful pilaf.
