Signalling a potentially hazardous situation for those of us who work on Monday, the package includes sips such as The Agricole (Husk’s Agricole rum, St Germain, fresh passionfruit, lemon juice and syrup topped with soda) alongside G&Ts using Murwillumbah’s popular purple tipple – Husk’s Ink gin. Beer more your vibe? While away the arvo with a tin of Young Henry’s lager, pale ale or cider – cheers to that, friends.
A bottomless soiree wouldn’t be complete without a tasty spread to match and Umami’s Asian-fusion kitchen definitely does not disappoint. Start with a serve of edamame with crispy shallots before wrapping your mitts around the vegetable-stuffed spring rolls with red-garlic vinegar sauce. Finally, pinch your chopsticks around crispy chicken-and-mushroom gyozas plunged into ginger-plum sauce and Japanese seaweed.
