Elevate your morning – Byron Bay’s Sipp is making instant coffee cool again

Let's be honest (we're all friends here), instant coffee doesn't have the best reputation. Scooping freeze-dried granules from a 1.5-kilogram communal tin and mixing it with long-life milk in the office lunch room isn't exactly the most appealing option for a caffeine hit. If you're picking up what we're putting down, then you need to know about Sipp – it's instant coffee, but not as you know it.

Born in Byron Bay, Sipp is pretty much everything you need in a morning caffeine hit. First things first – its packaging is plant-based, making it sustainable and 100 per cent compostable. As in, you can throw the packet in your home compost and it actually will biodegrade. Secondly, the Sipp instant coffee is infused with probiotics for gut health and organic grains (oats, amaranth, buckwheat, chia, millet and quinoa) to provide a nutrient-rich complex carbohydrate addition.

But wait, there’s more. Sipp coffee is also super creamy yet dairy free, all thanks to a coconut creamer made from air-dried coconut milk that is also high in essential vitamins. So there you have it – an instant coconut coffee that’s free from dairy and sugar, tastes deliciously creamy and gives you a daily hit of caffeine, probiotics and modulated carbs. Don’t do coffee? Sipp also makes instant coconut chai lattes and coconut matcha tea. Oh, and $1 from every pouch sold goes towards organisations that are dedicated to making the planet more sustainable. Yep, you can change the world one sip at a time.

You can order directly from the Sipp website.
