Lucky Bao is known for its flavour-packed Asian-style share menu, serving everything from pillow-soft baos to brisket dumplings, twice-cooked lamb ribs and wonton sandwiches. Armed with its reputation for deliciousness, the team are branching out to give the people what they want – top-notch ramen delivered to their door. You’ll find a range of bowls on the Ramen Junkie menu, from a spicy pork-bone miso topped with pork belly, smoked soy eggs and pork and prawn dumplings, through to a Tantanmen ramen made from a sesame chilli broth with ground pork and bok choy.
Up the ante with the Korean-style ramen with kimchi, pulled pork, rice cakes and organic tofu, or keep it plant-based with a vegan ramen crafted from a kombu-shiitake broth before being loaded with organic silken tofu, rice noodles, corn and shiitake mushrooms. The menu will extend beyond ramen with donburi rice bowls topped with combinations like pulled pork belly with takana pickle and a smashed egg, through to chicken karaage with Japanese curry sauce. Ramen Junkie will launch on Wednesday July 18 and will be available exclusively on UberEATS. Get on this.
