Pale Tail is the latest release from The Good Beer Co, a start-up social enterprise founded by beer-swilling crusader (and all-round good guy) James Grugeon, which brews and sells beer to raise funds and awareness for good causes. The release of Pale Tail comes off the back of The Good Beer Co’s flagship brew Great Barrier Beer, which helps fund the Australian Marine Conservation Society’s work to protect the Great Barrier Reef from climate change and pollution.
Pale Tail, which will officially launch on Sunday December 2, is brewed locally at Brisbane’s Slipstream Brewing Co. The easy-drinking beer has been crafted as a refreshing 3.5 percent sessionable pale ale with passionfruit and citrus hints. It’s a bloody great craft brew from a renowned independent brewer and on top of that, ten per cent of every six pack, carton and keg sold will go directly to the RSPCA QLD. It’s really a no brainer, right? You can order Pale Tail cans in six packs or cartons via the website, with an option for shipping or pickup at Slipstream Brewing Company before Christmas. Woof!
