Experience an elevated fine-dining lunch for less than you think at Nineteen at The Star

Earlier this year, Nineteen at The Star graced us with its presence, sitting proudly atop luxe hotel The Darling at The Star Gold Coast. Maybe you've meaning to try it but haven't got around to it, have been waiting for a special occasion or perhaps you've been for dinner and are yet to experience the glorious daytime views. Whichever category you fall into, you need to know about Nineteen's new Spring Fling lunches, where you can delight in two courses for just $55.

That’s right – Nineteen at The Star. Two courses. $55. Sounds glorious, right? The newly launched Spring Fling lunchtime dining experience is available from Wednesday through to Saturday from 12:00–3:00 pm, featuring two sumptuous courses curated by chef Kelvin Andrews and the team, with each dish passionately inspired by the season’s finest produce and flavours. Plus, it comes with the option to add on two paired wines for $24 extra, which you should most definitely do.

To start you can choose from the likes of spanner crab with asparagus and truffle, half live barbecue marron, and sweet quail with Jerusalem artichokes. For the mains, you’ll get the choice of a mushroom risotto, steamed red emperor with fresh ginger and a hanger steak with caramelised onions. Whether it’s a mid-week indulgence or a sophisticated Saturday lunch with the crew, this is the ideal way to experience Nineteen at The Star, taste the true flavours of spring and witness some of the best views in town. Jump to Nineteen at The Star’s website for booking details.
