The fancy lobster and champagne experience will serve mouth-watering lobster rolls with a side of parmesan truffle fries for $35, or you can pair it with a glass of Veuve for $50. Lobster Shack’s delicious rolls feature whole hot wild-caught Clearwater Maine lobster tails, which are slow cooked in a butter bath and served in a toasted brioche bun with a lashing of buttermilk slaw. Lobster Shack, which is the brainchild of chef Jeff Shroeter, is designed to give diners a taste of the finer things in life – lobsters, champagne and truffles – in a casual setting without having to pay hundreds of dollars. So, if you’ve avoided ordering lobster at restaurants because of the price tag, then here’s your chance to experience the tender buttery goodness … and wash it down with a glass of French bubbles like a total baller.
