On-demand alcohol delivery service Jimmy Brings arrives on the Gold Coast

How many times have you settled in for a night on the couch in your track pants, only to realise that you're completely out of wine, then you reach for the gin and there's not a single drop left? Or perhaps you've thrown a killer house party and your entire liquor cabinet is dry in 2.3 seconds flat? Well, booze hounds, your sipping saviour has arrived – it's time to get acquainted with Jimmy Brings.

So, who and what is Jimmy Brings? It’s an on-demand alcohol delivery service that brings your favourite booze to your door in 30 minutes or less. After landing in Brisbane in late 2018, Jimmy Brings is now officially slinging sips on-demand across the Gold Coast, with its initial rollout including 26 suburbs from Ashmore to Tugun.

The Jimmy Brings range features a selection of wine, beer and spirits, plus mixers, bags of ice and snacks like crisps and beef jerky. There’s everything from French rose and New Zealand savs, to single-malt whiskies and local craft beers. So, next time you run out of booze at the most inopportune time, or you just can’t be bothered getting dressed and standing in line at the bottle-o, then give Jimmy Brings a yell. Orders can be made through the Jimmy Brings app, via the website or by phoning 1800 JIMMYS.

Bonus – new Gold Coast customers can enjoy an exclusive $10 discount if you place an order with Jimmy Brings using the code GOLD10, which is valid until June 30, 2019. Plus, delivery is free for a limited time. For details and conditions, head to the website.

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Gold Coast dining guide with more than 870 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
