Delicious dishes include handmade burrata with piquillo peppers and black olive, seared Abrolhos Island scallops with roasted XO eggplant, eschallots, peanuts and sesame, buttery potato rotis, and seasonal fruit baked clafoutis with creme fraiche and Tasmanian honey.
