You can recreate the popular hot-salami sourdough pizza with a caprese salad from chef Jamie Pagano of renowned Mullumbimby pizzeria Milk and Honey. There’s also a n’duja gnocchi kit from Lennox Head chef Martin Morelli, or you can make your own vegan yellow Thai curry with coconut-pineapple sambal with chef Sulmae Keane’s flavour-packed curry kit. You can also choose from add-ons like Sydney rock oysters, gazpacho dip, salumi plates, Nimbin and Byron Bay cheeses, eclairs for dessert, and for sipping – paired wine suggestions as well as alcohol-free drops from NON.
