Eden Health Retreat has launched its new Goodness Granola – and is celebrating by giving away a three-night stay for two

There’s a reason folks say breakfast is the most important meal of the day – it’s where you set the tone for the day to come, so it’s best to ensure you hit the ground running. Granola has become one of the most versatile and dependable day starters going, and Currumbin Valley relaxation destination Eden Health Retreat is entering the market with a nutrient-rich take that’ll have folks setting an early alarm to have breakfast sooner. Oh, and its also celebrating the launch with a special giveaway …

Yes, we acknowledge that sometimes we’re too busy to ensure the first meal of the day is a five-star experience, but making a quality breakfast doesn’t always mean it’s a labour-intensive exercise. Enter granola – an effortlessly simple and endlessly satisfying option that can be dressed up or down, or even largely assembled the night before for expeditious eating when in a hurry. Eden Health Retreat in Currumbin Valley is a holistic hub that looks to nourish, nurture and invigorate mind, body and soul. Its new maple coconut Goodness Granola is a healthy blend of ingredients that are all touted to help increase energy, reduce inflammation and improve digestion and gut health.

Eden’s in-house chef Georgia Barnes has brought together a mix of nutrient-rich sunflower and pumpkin seeds, activated almonds, coconut, gluten-free whole grains, a dash of organic maple syrup, cranberries, and brown-rice puffs, each element adding taste and crunch. The granola can be further elevated to your liking with the addition of extra toppings – Georgia suggests a dollop or two of gut-friendly probiotic yoghurt, a handful of berries, diced mango or sliced bananas would work a treat. Goodness Granola has been so well received that current batches have sold out, however, Eden is taking pre-orders for its next run, which will be shipped on Friday July 23. Click here to register your interest.

To celebrate the launch of its maple coconut Goodness Granola, Eden Health Retreat is offering the chance to win a three-night stay for two at the retreat, valued at $4800. Between July 12 and midnight August 9, anyone who purchases a bag of Eden’s maple coconut granola will automatically go into the draw to win three nights in a new Premier Suite for two at the retreat. Stock up, because every bag purchased equals one entry! You can even gain additional entries by posting on Instagram – head to the Eden website for details. To make the granola even sweeter, our pals at Eden Health Retreat are offering The Weekend Edition readers a cheeky ten-percent discount – just use the code WeekendEdition10 at the checkout.
