If, like us, you spend your days dreaming of dinner, then Dine BNE City's Supper Club offerings will be music to your food-obsessed ears. From May 1–29, Supper Club is hosting an assortment of curated fine-dining experiences worthy of your dinnertime daydreams. Offering everything from luxe menus to degustations and bespoke chefs menus, get ready to see The City's finest restaurants come alive with some serendipitous spreads to delight your senses. Phoenix Luxxy at Brisbane PhoenixGather any fellow foodie fanatics and chow down on this feast for the ages. Nestled in Brisbane Quarter’s podium-level dining precinct, Brisbane Phoenix is the yum cha specialist and has curated a special ‘Phoenix Luxxy’ menu that will treat you to ten delectable dishes for only $88 per person. While there, be sure to enjoy the restaurant’s drinks menu, which includes an array of bubbles, Australian and Chinese wines, beers and plenty of delicious cocktails. It’s safe to say this yum cha extravaganza will be the culinary highlight of your week.

Martini Dinner at The Incholm by Ovolo: If, like James Bond, you prefer your meals served with a well-made martini, then don your finest tux and whisk your dearest over to The Incholm by Ovolo. As part of Supper Club, The Inchcolm is offering a Martini Dinner which includes two courses from its seasonal menu full of rich and indulgent fare alongside a martini (shaken or stirred) for $69 per person. The folks at The Inchcolm consider themselves martini experts, so you can rest assured that your tipple will perfectly complement whatever dish you choose to enjoy. Why not make a night of it and stay at the boutique hotel as well? You know Bond would approve.

Five courses and prosecco at Jumbo Thai Restaurant & BarThai cuisine has a deliciously spicy place in our hearts, which is why we can’t wait to enjoy Jumbo Thai’s unique five-course degustation. This upscale take on the dishes served by your beloved neighbourhood Thai place will enchant your senses with vibrant flavours and explosions of spice that will leave you wanting more. Served with a glass of prosecco on arrival, the $65 menu will feature some of Jumbo Thai’s most iconic dishes, including its famous massaman lamb shank curry with crispy shallots, coconut pearls and crispy sweet potato.

Twelve-course banquet and drink at Madame Wu: Diners that place equal value on both quality and quantity will marvel at Madame Wu’s special 12 (yes, TWELVE) course banquet. For $95, you can lose yourself in a menu full of modern-Asian delicacies, like stir-fried Moreton Bay squid with XO sauce and sorrel, and tea-spiced Borrowdale pork collar with handmade miso and macadamia, and green apple chilli jam. Combine this with a tipple from the cellar boasting more than 150 wines and you are in for a very good night indeed.

Seven courses and cocktail from Saké Restaurant & Bar: The culinary artists at Saké take their job very seriously, with each dish sculpted into a tiny yet oh-so-delicious work of art. As part of Supper Club, the team is offering the chance for you to delight and marvel at an exclusive seven-course ‘Osaka Omakase’ degustation by Osaka-born head chef Daisuke Sakai for $99. Served with a bespoke cocktail on arrival, consider this event like an art gallery for your taste buds as they wistfully dance across the stunning contemporary Japanese fare.

Petit five-course banquet at Donna Chang: Indulge in the old-world aesthetic and modern-Chinese fare of Donna Chang with its exclusive ‘Petit Banquet’. For $65 you can savour five courses of Sichuan flavours and authentic Cantonese cuisine, such as mala dried beef, red-braised pork belly, scallop-and-prawn wontons and more. This feast is destined to tantalise your taste buds and momentarily transport you to Asia.
