Curatorial Chocolates is bringing together Australia’s finest artisan chocolates in one place

Those with a penchant for the sweeter things in life know the cold, hard fact that not all chocolate is created equal. Sometimes we crave a special type of choccy, one we can't find in the confectionery aisle of our local grocery store. However, there's no need to search far and wide for the perfect cacao-infused delicacy as you can now pop online to Curatorial Chocolates, a new online boutique full to the brim with treats from some of the best chocolate makers Australia has to offer.

Curatorial Chocolates is the brainchild of Brisbane small-business owners and self-confessed chocolate lovers Bridget McDonald and Michelle Wade. After discovering a gap in the market for fine chocolate lovers like themselves, the duo decided to put their brains – and sweet tooths – together and create a one-stop shop for all things chocolate. Bridget and Michelle then spent a fair amount of time scouring the best chocolate-makers from around the country before deciding on several suppliers from Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. The result? A treasure chest of handmade, ethically-sourced chocolate in a range of unique and decadent combinations.

With individually wrapped treats as well as a range of gift boxes from brands like KokopodMetiisto artisan chocolateCoco ChocolateCuvee Chocolate and New Farm Confectionery, it’s super easy to shop until you drop at Curatorial Chocolates. Perhaps the best part of the website though, is that all of the chocolates come with advice on the perfect pairing combination to experience it with – whether that be a specific tipple or even which cheese goes best when creating a charcuterie board. Soon, Bridget and Michelle will be launch a monthly curated subscription box of artisanal chocolates – something that is sure to hit our sweet spot. To start browsing the range, hop over here.
