Sink your teeth into slow-cooked meats with Brisket Boss

If you frequent Miami Marketta, you're probably well familiar with the incredible array of cuisine on offer, from delectable dumplings to tasty tacos. Well, friends, ready your tastebuds because you can now add Brisket Boss to the mix every Friday and Saturday night.

Dishing up mouthwatering meat cooked low and slow in the smoker for up to 12-hours, Brisket Boss is a carnivores dream. Featuring deliciously crispy-on-the-outside-fluffy-on-the-inside baguettes loaded with meltingly tender brisket, there are four different topping combinations to choose from. The Low and Slow, which is drizzled with tomato chutney, rocket, parmesan and Alabama white barbecue sauce is a popular choice but if you’re in the mood for something a little extra, go for The Ruben – finished with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, tangy mayo and a handful of cracked pepper. For gluten-free friends, there’s also a pear, rocket and walnut salad loaded with brisket (of course).

Don’t be fooled by its minimalist market set-up, Brisket Boss is churning out restaurant-quality nosh that is prepped and cooked by a chef. The salad for the rolls is all made fresh, as are the super-tasty sauces (trust us when we say you need more Alabama white barbecue sauce in your life) and as for the meat, well, it’s cooked the authentic American way, because some things in life simply cannot be rushed and this friends, is definitely worth the wait.
