As you may have deducted from the name, 4 Pines x Boardriders Coolangatta is the lovechild between 4 Pines Beer and Boardriders and is the first of its kind with more on the horizon. The venue itself has been given a spruce to reflect the new brand with new signage and a few little aesthetic updates but it’s the bar complete with Smartbrew tanks that will immediately command attention. Complementing the new digs, there’s a comprehensive new menu that takes you from early morning munchies right through to dinner. Feeling famished from an epic surf? Demolish a three-egg omelette with chorizo, spinach and cherry tomatoes or get your day off to a good start with the Happy Glow Bowl loaded with a soft boiled egg, avocado, sauteed kale, roasted cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and dukkah. Wash it down with a cheeky Brekky Beer featuring 4 Pines Pale Ale, vodka, acai puree and lemon juice or Irish up your coffee with an espresso martini, available from 10:00 am. There’s a selection of fresh juices, smoothies and Sunday Collab Coffee for the times you can’t get boozed before work.
4 Pines x Boardriders Coolangatta has also introduced a full lunch and dinner offering from Wednesday through to Sunday that champions classic Australian cafe and pub fare. Tuck into some spiced chicken wings smothered in kick-ass sauce before making your way through the veggie mezze board or a hefty chicken parma. The burgers are sure to be a big drawcard with five seriously mouthwatering varieties on offer ranging from a classic cheeseburger through to a fish burg with crumbed Queensland barramundi. Behind the bar, you can enjoy the full range of 4 Pines core beers plus a selection of their limited-edition Keller Door beer releases, which features Australia’s first Nitro Stout in a bottle. There is also a selection of wines, cocktails and spirits on offer. So there you have it, the new 4 Pines x Boardriders Coolangatta is officially open and ready to rock.
