On Thursday September 19, Burleigh Pavilion is partnering with Sydney plant-based bistro pub The Green Lion to give you the vegan shared feast of your dreams. For one night only, devour your favourite greasy, cheesy, smokey and fishy pub classics without any animal products or impact. The Green Lion team recreates the tastes and textures commonly found in animal-based ingredients through a range of unique and interesting ingredients and substitute recipes.
For $55, diners will be greeted with a vegan cocktail before sitting down to share a selection of pub favourites. Think loaded poutine fries with gravy and cheese, mac and cheese balls, pizzas and of course, a cheeseburger with a plant-based twist.
