Taking influences from Clarence Williams, Blind Boy Fuller and Spencer Williams to name a few, Slips & The F.W.’s thrives on reviving classic numbers like ‘Everybody Loves My Baby’, ‘Dinah Lee’, ‘The Sheik of Araby’ and ‘Egyptian Ella’ in its own unique way, and it also does not mind slipping in a modern tune here and there played in its own vintage style, which is guaranteed to make you shake a leg!

Gold Coast duo Banks of the Beautiful delivers driving beats and soaring synths over bouncing electronica that could lift even the heaviest of hearts with moving melodies, lyrics and a strong pop sensibility.
