The indulgent menu takes guests on an oceanic journey, starting with poached oysters paired with NV Moet et Chandon, followed by a sea tart served with 2012 Moet et Chandon. Nibble on seared king prawn as you sip on 2012 Moet et Chandon rosé before you indulge in confit swordfish paired with NV Veuve Clicquot rosé to finish.
