When JR’s Smokehouse BBQ is in town, you can smell the aroma of pecan smoked brisket from streets away and you better make sure you’ve got a seat at the table. JR’s has been cooking authentic low and slow American BBQ since 2009 and on Sunday November 10, the team will post up at Balter HQ for their signature Trinity Plate takeover session.
Three Texas-style meats and sides will be available in a pre-sale format for fast service and allocated seating. Get ready to feast on sliced black Angus brisket, BBQ pork ribs, jalapeno cheddar hot link, charred corn esquites, apple kale slaw, house pickles and JR’s original barbecue sauce.
The day will feature two 2.5 hour sessions, the first beginning at 12:00 pm, followed by a 3:00 pm session. Book your tickets to make sure you don’t miss out on JR’s BBQ goodness!
