The special six-course menu has been designed by QT Gold Coast Executive Chef Adam Lane to celebrate World Vegan Month and features Agedashi tofu with bonito and flavourful shiitake broth alongside tempura Brussels sprouts with truffled white soy, amazu and shichimi. Meat-eaters will love the melt-in-your-mouth king brown mushroom fresh off the robata grill and the vegan taco with tofu, king brown mushrooms and charred corn tomato and edamame salsa is sure to be a crowd favourite.
In true Yamagen style, the moreish Omakase menu is accompanied by a bold vegan cocktail list as well as a curated vegan wine and sake menu prepared by Yamagen’s house sommelier.
