Ignite your senses with some incredible cheeses paired with both sweet and savoury cheese-infused dishes, all whilst overlooking the pacific ocean and sparkling lagoons of Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort. The menu at the High Cheese Experience has been curated by chef Ewald Jeske, and features a range of sweet and savoury cheese delights. Think South Cape camembert spiked with prosciutto chards, Club Vintage Classic Cheddar cheesy scones, King Island blue nestled on dry pear and more. The tier also features sweet eats like peach and apple mascarpone cheesecake, warm and sticky cream cheese cinnamon rolls, and ricotta coffee mousse with pistachio biscotti.
