Dust off your glad rags – Country Paradise Parklands at Nerang will be alive with classic cars, music, food and fun for the Gold Coast Retro Picnic on Sunday August 30. Entry is free so gather the gaggle and roll out a rug for the afternoon and enjoy some sweet beats and tasty eats. Did we mention there is an outdoor bar? Well, we did now!

There will be free activities for the kids, and for the big kids there will be some seriously drool-worthy street machines to ogle. All classic cars and show cars welcome to display on the oval (clubs welcome, no pre-registration required).

Patrons are asked to bring their own picnic blanket or camping chairs and comply with social distancing requirements. The Gold Coast Retro Picnic is presented by Councillor Peter Young Division 5 – City of Gold Coast with the help of The Travelling Eats Food Truck Events (formerly Gold Coast Design Collective).

COVID-19:
If you are sick or showing any symptoms please do not attend the picnic in the park event.
You must adhere to government social distancing guidelines at all times.
This event will have multiple hand sanitiser stations and each vendor will have a sanitiser station situated at their stall for your use.
Please place all rubbish in bins supplied.
