Celebrated cook, nutritionist and MasterChef Australia 2015 runner-up Georgia Barnes is set to impress Gold Coast foodie fans with her deliciously down-to-earth culinary skills with a series of monthly cooking demonstrations at The Kitchens Cooking Stage.
To celebrate the launch of the classes, the first demonstration will be completely free for attendees and kicks off at 11.00 am on Friday June 22. Georgia will be taking to the stage with a miso-inspired tutorial, touching on the power of umami and how it brings both flavour and health benefits to the dinner table.
Her following demonstrations will dive into a range of tasty themes, from simple pasta and sauce techniques to DIY granola recipes and grazing table go-tos. Foodies can look forward to these events every month for the remainder of the year right up until Christmas.
Georgia will also play host to exclusive monthly masterclasses, where 10 cooking connoisseurs will have the opportunity to sit down with the culinary maestro in The Kitchens and learn insightful tips and tricks in an intimate setting, as well as be inspired by her creative take on home-style cuisine. Tickets for the workshops will be available to purchase for $25, via the Robina Town Centre website and classes will run for hour and a half. Guests will also receive an exclusive goodie bag brimming with foodie delights, plus a delicious meal to tuck into at the conclusion of the master class, as prepared by Georgia herself.
