Lovers of whisky and hinterland drops, listen up! World-renowned master distiller Jim McEwan has joined forces with Byron’s own Eddie Brook to curate Cape Byron Distillery’s first ever single malt whisky.

Already known for the oh-so-delicious Brookie’s gin, Cape Byron Distillery has worked hard with Jim to create an intriguing new Australian whisky inspired by Byron – the land where the rainforest meets the sea. Whisky fans need not wait to get their hands on a drop – rather, they are encouraged to attend the exclusive launch party at the Distillery on Friday August 26. Guests heading to the event can expect a signature Brookie’s G&T on arrival, some witty banter and cheeky tales from Jim and Eddie whilst sharing a few drams and priority access to the first bottles of whisky before they are released to the general public. The highly anticipated first release is strictly limited to the launch events and Whisky Club recipients.
