BBQ Bazaar is a night market dedicated entirely to barbecued, grilled, smoked and charcoal-cooked meats and eats. Located on Burleigh’s Junction Road industrial precinct, BBQ Bazaar features around 20 market stalls serving everything from beef short ribs to rotisserie lamb and chicken, European sausages, melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket, saucy wings, juicy steaks, Brazilian-style grilled meat and much more. Vegetarians need not run for the hills – you’ll find meat-free options dotted across the market in the form of baos, burgers and poke bowls. There’s a 250-seat undercover bar area, serving tapped craft beers, wine and cocktails, and you’ll also find a series of deliciously sweet vendors – be sure to leave room for some soft-serve ice-cream, Greek doughnuts or a sneaky slice of cake. The BBQ Bazaar night market will run from 4:00–10:00 pm everyday Friday and Saturday and will feature a rotating line-up of live music and entertainment each week.
