Quizzame
The team behind Quizzame has moved online to host a variety of live-streamed quizzes. There’s a family-friendly Ultimate Pub Quiz on Thursdays at 8:00 pm as well as a Theme Stream Pub Quiz (which features a different weekly theme) on Saturdays at 8:30 pm. Both quizzes feature two rounds of questions, with the quiz itself taking just over one hour to complete. All you have to do is print out your score sheets, gather up your trivia team and enjoy a night of pub trivia from the comfort of the couch. The Virtual Quiz
Movie fanatic? Self-proclaimed television critic? If either of these two descriptions match you, then you’re in for a trivia treat. The fine folk behind The Virtual Quiz have a range of pop-culture trivia nights planned. For the Joe Exotic fans, they have Tiger King Trivia on Friday May 8 from 7:00 pm or for the witches and wizards among us, the crew are also hosting a Fantasy-Themed Trivia (think questions relating to Harry Potter, Lord of The Rings and Game Of Thrones) on Thursday April 23 at 7:00 pm. Netherworld’s Twitch Trivia
Before the pandemic hit, it was nearly impossible to score a table for Netherworld’s Wednesday trivia night – that’s how insanely popular it is! One silver lining of social distancing is now Netherworld trivia is being streamed on the internet! Every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm, settle in on the couch for two rounds of 20 questions featuring tonnes of pop-culture trivia for you and your iso-crew. Simply tune in via Netherworld’s Twitch stream to play along!
Man vs Bear
For those looking to exercise their brain whilst staying inside, The Man vs Bear team are live streaming Isolation Trivia via Facebook on Tuesday and Friday nights at 6:30 pm. Participants can download and print an answer sheet template available from the Facebook page and will be asked to mark them in order to compare scores for imaginary prizes. At the moment, the Isolation Trivia team is mirroring the IRL Man vs Bear model of general trivia and themed trivia – the aforementioned Tuesdays and Fridays are for your standard pub-style brain teasers, while other days of the week have seen specialist subjects pop up. If pop culture is your forte, then you’re in luck! Man vs Bear is hosting The Simpsons Trivia on Thursday April 23 as well as a Kath & Kim Trivia on Sunday April 26. Dan Murphy’s
Dan Murphy’s Thursday Night Trivia is bringing people together in the name of friendly competition – made better with booze, of course. All you have to do to compete is RSVP to the Facebook event to gain access to the live broadcast link and your team answer sheet, round up to six of your smartest friends, think of a top-notch team name and be ready to (virtually) rock up at 8:00 pm on Thursday night. To up the stakes, good ol’ Danny boy has got prizes for the winning team! Speed and accuracy of answers all come into play so be sure to get those answers in as soon as you know it. Quiz Meisters
The cheeky crew at Quiz Meisters are live streaming its new hourly trivia event, the Quarantine Quiz, straight from the host’s living room to yours via Facebook every Friday night at 8:00 pm. The team are also hosting The Hump Day Knock-Off Quiz, 15 quick questions on a Wednesday afternoon to remind you it’s time for life’s greatest joy – knocking off work. Hit Trivia
The days of sitting around a bustling table with your mates and a sheet of questions may be a distant memory for now but the Hit Network has got you covered with Hit Virtual Trivia launching on Tuesday April 28. Over eight weeks, listeners will have the chance to win up to $5,000 cash each Tuesday evening by taking part in this interactive live game hosted by some of your favourite radio announcers.
