The Summer Sunset Cinema pop-up will bring the The Lanes space alive (um, if you don’t know what The Lanes is, read this), with a giant screen to showcase two back-to-back movies on both nights. The talented crew from The Design Collective are on board, bringing a tasty line-up of food trucks and live music. The event will kick into gear from 5:30 pm each night, leaving you plenty of time to relax and have a feast before the first movie starts at 7:00 pm.

Head there on Friday January 19th to watch Finding Dory followed by everybody’s favourite film, Love Actually at 8:40 pm. Head back on Saturday January 20 to catch Fantastic Mr Fox first up, with La La Land to follow. Expect a fun and relaxed vibe, and be sure to BYO picnic rugs or bean bags so you can kick back and enjoy the moon-lit flicks in comfort. Entry into the Summer Sunset Cinema is a gold coin donation, with proceeds going to OzHarvest. Oh, and it’s a dog-friendly event, so bring the puppers (they like movies too).
