Seaside Sounds hits Kirra for another salty series of tunes, food trucks and Sunday fun

Friends, it's time to dust off those picnic rugs and head south – the Seaside Sounds series is back in town and it's taking over the Kirra foreshore for a bunch of killer beachfront music sessions. It all kicks off this Sunday January 21 – consider your next few Sunday afternoons officially sorted.

The next instalment of Seaside Sounds will be held in Roughton Park on the Kirra foreshore, with the series of free music sessions to continue each Sunday from this weekend right through until February 18. The event is free, so just turn up with the crew and a couple of picnic rugs and soak up the vibes from 4:00 pm onwards. There will be free face painting for kids plus a line-up of delicious local food trucks and lots of family-friendly entertainment.

This Sunday (January 21) will feature local lads Micka Scene and The Lyrical, with next weekend (January 28) to feature The Twine and Satisvibes. February 4 will see Electrik Lemonade and Saint Menacer hit the Seaside Sounds stage, before Tay Oskee and Saritah hit it on February 11. The series wraps up on February 18 with Dallas James and Felicity Lawless. For more info head to our Event Guide.
