Grape juice lovers and froth fiends are invited in equal measure to Robina Pavilion on Tuesday August 30, which will be hosting an unmissable Beer vs Wine tasting that’s sure to have your taste buds singing. Hosted by Burleigh Brewing’s Brennan Fielding and Craig Stansborough of Grant Burge wines, Beer vs Wine is a boozy fine-dining experience with a twist. The event has got a competitive edge to it – Burleigh Brewing Co and Grant Burge are going head-to-head for victory and you will be the judge!
Your $99 ticket will include five mouth-watering courses – we’re talking bites like braised beef cheek with pommes puree and charred broccolini, gold band snapper with cauliflower and speck creme, fennel and dill dressing, jam-packed cheese plates and more. Plus, each course is paired with a beer and wine selection. In our minds, that’s two sips for the price of one! Then it’s up to you to decide which is the winning pairing – wine or beer? It’s as easy as crowning your preferred pairing via a QR code following each course. After your feast is finished and you’ve sampled all of the tipples, the quaff-worthy champion will be revealed.
Tickets are selling fast for this flavourful event. Hop over to Eventbrite to grab yours quicksticks.
