The unmissable Sunday event will see Labart’s owner and chef Alex Munoz Labart take over the Rosella’s jaffle machine for the night, creating a menu of boundary-pushing toasties that’ll be made to order and served up from 5:00 pm. While the menu won’t be revealed until the night (so much suspense), you can safely assume that Alex will be taking the humble Vegemite and cheese toastie that has become a popular staple on the Rosella’s menu to dizzying (and delicious) new levels.
While Alex will be looking after the ‘hatted’ jaffles, the Rosella’s team will be handling the sips. Expect to see some unique wines being cracked, as well as some weird and wonderful cocktails being shaken, stirred and poured until close. The Labart X Rosella’s takeover kicks off at 5:00 pm on Sunday November 17 and the jaffles will be served until sold out. No bookings, just show up!
