Cutting-edge Japanese eatery Yamagen is also coming to the party with its NYE Dinner – it’ll start with a glass of French bubbles on arrival, before the modern Japanese flavours come to life in the form of shiso-leaf and matcha-infused cocktails. The innovative izakaya-style eatery will be bustling throughout the night, with diners treated to the likes of fresh sushi and sashimi at two separate sittings. Oh, and if you opt for the Bazaar or Yamagen celebrations, you’ll get complimentary access to Stingray’s festivities, so you can keep the party going into the wee hours.
