We’re coming up to that time of year where our social calendars are filling up quicker than our champagne glasses on a hot summers day, so consider this a friendly reminder to block out Saturday November 24 from 11:30 am – that’s when a troupe of glitter-sprinkled drag queens will arrive at QT’s Bazaar marketplace to entertain brunch lovers at A Feast Fit for a Queen. While flowing frocks and stretchy pants are advised, this fine feast is about more than the food – the intention is to raise money for local LGBTQI-centric charities.
The event, hosted by a fabulous flock of fine drag queens, will see guests treated to Chandon Rosé on arrival before setting their sights on the free-flowing crepe and fondue stations, gourmet breakfast bowls, fried-chicken with waffles (hello), and an endless selection of roving brunch-style canapes. It’s never too early for cocktails, so you can brunch like a true queen and order a punchy espresso martini or a chilled bloody Mary while you’re at it. The best part? $5 from each ticket sold will be donated directly to local LGBTIQ-supportive charities. Shining the light on equality with bubbles, food and fun? We’re in.
Tickets are $69 (including a glass of Chandon on arrival) and can be purchased online or directly through QT Gold Coast.
