Summer nights are well spent with a taco in one hand and a cool beverage in the other, and luckily for us Dust Temple are bringing us exactly that with its Courtyard Summer Series! The series is being brought to us in collaboration with Costa Taco, who source all of their produce from nearby farms including Jumping Red Ant in Duranbah. For our plant-based friends there are vegan options (the poblano peppers are said to be smoky and delicious), and the more carnivorous choices include fresh fish and Bangalow sweet pork marinated in Mexican chillies. Although the Costa Taco line-up changes weekly, one thing about the menu doesn’t change – all tacos are topped with the Mexican staple of Taquero-style guacamole, made from tomatillos, jalapeno, and lime along with local avocados.

The Courtyard Summer Series runs every Tuesday night from 4:00–8:00 pm and will be running on both Tuesday and Friday nights (excluding January 1) in 2021 too! For the address and more information on Dust Temple, check out their Stumble Guide listing.
