The new bottomless Beachside Brunch, which will take place at The Tropic restaurant, will be held every Saturday starting July 6. The brunch event will feature a banquet menu designed by chef Guillaume Zika, dotted with tasty dishes like freshly shucked oysters, truffle and mortadella toasties (hello), prawn cocktail rolls, and the venue’s signature wood-fired pig bun. You’ll finish with chocolate and strawberry cupcakes and lemon meringue tarts, all enjoyed while taking in arguably the best views on the Gold Coast.

Now, as for the bottomless sips – there are a few different options to choose from. Pair your brunch with free-flowing NV Chandon and NV Chandon Rosé for $99, or for $129 you can be topped up with bottomless Veuve Clicquot and Veuve Clicquot Rosé. If you’re not into the bottomless vibe but are totally down for brunching, then you can just go for the food-only option at $55 per head, and pay for your own drinks on consumption. The Beachside Brunch commences at 11:00 am every Saturday (that’s right, you get to enjoy the views before it opens to the public!) and finishes at 1:00 pm.
