The coast skyline gets set to welcome the $210-million Signature Broadbeach project

The Broadbeach skyline will soon feature an impressive new addition, following the announcement that construction of the $210-million Signature Broadbeach is imminent. The project marks the Gold Coast debut for Melbourne-based developer Little Projects, who are set to bring the project to life by 2021.

The design of Signature Broadbeach, which sees every apartment oriented towards the ocean in order to maximise views, is an exciting creative collaboration between Rothelowman and SJB Interiors. Outside, the beach-side tower will feature a mirror-like facade, while the interiors utilise natural materials like timber and stone to create a serene living environment.

The 245-apartment tower will also feature an impressive 50-metre infinity pool, alongside a full podium level of resident amenities, including a private lounge and dining space integrated with the pool area, an outdoor barbecue and teppanyaki grill, family-friendly lawn, cinema, gym, spa, sauna and steam room. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are available in Signature Broadbeach, with prices starting from $469,000.
