Have you been waiting and wondering what's in store for the prime parcel of land that neighbours The Fish House and overlooks Burleigh Beach? Same. Well, the plans have finally been unveiled – here's a peek inside Norfolk, Burleigh's newest and most-sought-after beachfront abodes.

Norfolk is a luxury ten-storey apartment development that’s being brought to life by prominent Queensland company Synergy Property Partners. As the first multi-residential development on Goodwin Terrace in three decades, Norfolk is set to change the residential landscape of Burleigh Heads as we know it.

Internationally acclaimed architect Koichi Takata and award-winning interior design practice Mim Design have collaborated to deliver the striking beachfront project, which draws design influences from the surrounding parklands, the beachfront and Burleigh’s iconic headland. Norfolk will feature an intimate collection of 20 residences, with pricing yet to be released. A pre-registration campaign has launched through JLE Projects and construction is scheduled for completion in October 2020.
