Chapter Two gets the green light for $110-million ‘Holm’ at Rainbow Bay

The southern Gold Coast's property surge is showing no signs of slowing with a brand-new $110-million residential development at Rainbow Bay getting the green light from council. Chapter Two, a development group led by Jon Quayle and Oliver Bagheri, will bring 'Holm' to life on a prime 1924-sqm site at 44–50 Eden Avenue in the sought-after Point Danger precinct, overlooking the picturesque Snapper Rocks.

Comprising 86 apartments over 12 levels, Holm has been designed by award-winning firm Plus Architecture in collaboration with Form Landscape Architects to meet demand from owner-occupiers and lifestyle buyers. The luxurious project will deliver an eclectic mix of apartments ranging from two-bedroom apartments to three-bed plus multi-purpose room. There will also be two unique townhouses and a courtyard unit located on the ground floor, adding to the diversity of the residential offering. The apartment prices will start in the $800,000s and the majority will offer a rare trifecta of panoramic views of the ocean, river and the Gold Coast hinterland.

Beyond superlative living spaces, Holm will also deliver superb resident amenities that will bring together all of the elements that people seek in sophisticated coastal living, including a top-floor residents’ club that will feature an ocean-view infinity-edge pool, spa, sauna and steam room, a modern gymnasium and yoga deck, an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities, and a fire pit for extended relaxation. In a true sign of the times, there will also be a dedicated work-from-home area with private office studios, resident’s library and function room.

Holm is being undertaken by Chapter Two, a development group led by Jon Quayle and Oliver Bagheri, in partnership with Summa Group, which has previously delivered Callista Palm Beach and the Eden Collection in Tugun.
