Proposed CLASS tower to bring ultra-high-end living to Broadbeach

A development application has been lodged for a 54-storey residential tower, which is poised to change the face of Broadbeach. Known as CLASS, the prestigious glass-encased building is earmarked for a 756-sqm corner site at the end of Charles Avenue, adjacent to The Oracle's eastern tower.

If approved by City of Gold Coast, CLASS would become the highest beachfront building in Broadbeach, comprising of just 46 holiday and permanent residences, including 34 spacious full-floor three-bedroom apartments, a three-level penthouse, five two-floor sky homes, as well as six two-bedroom apartments.

The proposed tower will also feature two levels of recreation and common areas including pools, a sauna, gym, media room, office, relaxation zones and event spaces, while a grand foyer with a ‘living’ green wall, water features and a restaurant and bar will greet guests at street level. The development application for CLASS has been lodged by Broadbeach Joint Venture, associated with Brisbane real estate director John Kubatov.
