James St Deli’s goods are prepared daily by its team of butchers, lead by owner Greg Cox. For more than nine years, Greg has been serving only the best cuts, along with naturally smoking his hams on the premises, creating a flavoursome collection sausages, and producing a mean venison, shiraz and mushroom pie along with other flavours.
